Rise Above Heart Failure

The American Heart Association launched Rise Above HF to change the course of HF in America through awareness, education and support. Rise Above HF is a national health awareness initiative, which features spokesperson Queen Latifah and is supported by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. As a way to communicate the issues surrounding heart failure, a series of patient and doctor stories were captured. The impactful stories were distributed on a national platform through all form of media channels, including social, digital, broadcast.
